Peer Based Support Group
An HCC Parents Club Initiative
Kinship care is a term used for the raising of children by grandparents, and other family members, because biological parents are unable to do so for whatever reason.
Are you a grandparent or relative raising a child for another family member? One of the main benefits of a peer-based support group is that they provide much-needed social support from individuals experiencing similar life events. Kinship caregivers can find peer support, share experiences, and get advice from other kinship caregivers.
Group meets the second Wednesday of the month. 6:00pm
Hibbing Community College 1515 East 25th Street Hibbing, MN 55746
Conference Room L-102 (Main Entrance across from the Book Store)
